Daniele De Wrachien is currently retired Professor of Agricultural Hydraulics at the department of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences of the State University of Milan and Member of the Board of Director of the Wessex Institute of Technology (WIT), Southampton, UK. He graduated from the State University of Milan as geologist and obtained his PhD in Advanced Engineering Geology. He performed his duties as Director of the Institute of Agricultural Hydraulics (2000-2006), Director of Computer Centre of the Faculty of Agriculture, (1992-95), Tutor of MPhil and PhD students of the Faculty of Agriculture, External Examiner to MPhil and PhD students, Visiting Professor at the Wessex Institute of Technology (WIT). Daniele received the following Honours and Awards: Award for Truthful Support and Help in Organizing and Improving Scientific Level of the Symposia "Actual Tasks on Agricultural Engineering", Croatian Agricultural Engineering Society, Award in Recognition of Services to the European Society of Agricultural Engineers, Award for outstanding contribution to Engineering Sciences, WIT, Award for the Best Performing Working Body, International Commission on Irrigation and Drainage. Dr. Aliyev Zakir Huseyn Oqlu was born on 3 May 1949 in the family of an employee. In 1972 he graduated with honors from the mechanical faculty of the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy. At the end of ASOA in 1972 in the person of a specialist with higher education in the Azerbaijan Scientific Research Organization (AzINMASH) for the position of Art. Engineer at the Wellhead Equipment, where he worked since 1975. In 1975, in connection with the results of earlier research papers engaged in the activity profile and thematic community vtch study Inventory of land water resources and dynamics of their changes. Structural changes of the earth, environmental problems of the caspian sea and the air surface on atmospheric surface, etc.) was invited to work at the academy of sciences Az. SSR. Taking part in the implementation of a large number of international scientific and economic projects implemented under the program FAO, ICARDA, Azerbaijan-Russia-Turkey, Azerbaijan-Poland and others, where he was executive director for development, whose work also successfully introduced agriculture in many countries: In the CIS countries and far abroad. Dimitar P Karaivanov had his M.Sc. degree in handling and building machines and systems from Technical University Sofia, Bulgaria in 1983. He Served as Engineer-designer and Head of the Lifting Equipment Group at the design department of KEM September 6, Sofia, Bulgaria (electrical forklifts plant). Dr. Adriana Bomba has completed PhD in the department of food technology and human nutrition at University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn, Poland in the year 2017 and her planned title of thesis is factors affecting stability of o/w dairy emulsions. She holds MSc in the department of food technology and human nutrition during (2016-2017) and her specialization includes process engineering. Her thesis involves in investigation of dairy emulsions properties- influence of chosen parameters on stability of whipping cream and whipping cream analogue. She holds MSc in chemical and process engineering, her specialization includes process engineering during (2015-2016). Her thesis involves in analysis of rheological properties of multiple o/w emulsion. She has completed engineering in chemical and process engineering during (2011-2015) and her specialization involves food processing engineering and title of thesis: rheological properties of food products and semi products. Her scientific accomplishments involve as a poster presenter during June 6, 2018 with the titles whipping cream and whipping cream analogue-comparison of physical and functional properties at third food structure, functionality forum symposium and third IDF symposium on microstructure of dairy products and oral session on comparison of functional properties of two different variants of o/w emulsions in VI international session of young scientific staff during (May 25, 2018).
Dr Raffaele Pilla, PharmD, PhD, doctor europaeus, received his masters degree in pharmacy at G D Annunzio University in Chieti Pescara, Italy in 2005, where he also served internships at the cell physiology laboratory and molecular biology laboratory. Prior, he was an erasmus student at faculte de pharmacie de reims in reims, France. He received his doctor europaeus in 2010 from pitie-salpetriere institute in Paris, France and in 2010, he received his PhD in biochemistry, physiology, and pathology of muscle at G D Annunzio University in Chieti-Pescara, Italy. Maria Ines Bruno Tavares holds chemistry undergraduate course from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (1980), masters in chemistry from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (1986) and doctor degree in polymers science and technology from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (1991). Doctor degree was from Durham University (1989-1990). She is a full professor and the director of instituto de macromoleculas professora eloisa mano da Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro and coordinator of structured nucleus from the nanotechnology undergraduate bachelor from IMA-UFRJ and coordinates the undergraduate nanotechnology bachelor. She has more than 240 papers and has experience in material and metallurgical engineering, focusing on polymers nanostructured materials, NMR analytical method applied to polymer materials, especially in nanostructured materials, the use of NMR relaxometry to evaluate complex polymer materials, as hybrid nanocomposites and functional food science.
Dr. Ahmad Zuhairi Abdullah is currently an academic member of school of chemical engineering, Universiti Sains Malaysia. He received his B. Tech (Hons), MSc and PhD in 1995, 2000 and 2004, respectively. His research works mostly encompass the synthesis of novel functionalized nanoporous materials as ordered catalysts in oleochemical reactions, agricultural waste treatments and the production of renewable energy sources from vegetable oils. He is the recipient of several innovation and publication awards based on his research works. He has been involved in the dissemination of science and technology through more than 250 refereed publications in journals and book chapters mainly as the main author and also involves as a technical committee member to nearly 100 international scientific conferences held across the globe. He is often invited to share his research experiences in international conferences held in Malaysia, Laos, Indonesia, Vietnam and China. In addition, he is an evaluator to research proposals received from the university, local ministries as well as several international scientific associations in the USA, Oman, Qatar and Chile. He is one of the recipients of the Top Research Scientists Malaysia (TRSM) award in 2014. His h-index (Scopus) currently stands at 50 with more than 8,000 citations.
Dr. MJ Khan is a well-known face in political and agriculture arena. He has made noticeable contributions to the Indian and global food and agriculture sector. Dr. Khan graduated in agriculture from meerut university, post graduated in business management from AMU aligarh and obtained PhD in agribusiness management from Prescott University, UK. During his two and half decades long career, Dr. Khan served the government of Uttar Pradesh in animal husbandry department, global major glaxo india in veterinary division, Indian conglomerate, EID parry in Seeds business and the indian agrochemicals association, before starting knowledge sector enterprise in agriculture. He has pioneered many new concepts such as national policy on organic farming, national extension policy, and north eastern agriculture development plans. Dr. Khan has authored over 200 papers on various subjects related to food, agriculture, agribusiness and rural development. He also conceptualized and successfully started the annual global agriculture leadership summit in India since 2008. Dr. Khan has discharged duties in various capacities, including nominations by the ministry of agriculture to various committees and governing boards. He is credited for growth in agribusiness sector, giving voice to the farm sector and positioning of Indian agriculture globally. Dr. Khan is currently board member, APEDA under the ministry of commerce and Industry and a member of NFCH, ministry of home affairs, government of India.
Dr. Than Than Soe received her PhD degree from Japan in agricultural science since 2008 and became professor and head in 2017 at food science and technology, yezin agricultural university, Myanmar. She is also one of the editorial board members of advances in nutrition and food science and agro food. She has a significant expertise in horticultural crop production, postharvest managements of agricultural crops and food studies. This led to some publications predicting key regulators of postharvest field, crop production, processing technology and safety food. Currently she is teaching and supervising to undergraduate, postgraduate, masters and PhD candidates for 16 years experience in research areas.

Dr. Mohammed Mohammed has completed his PhD from the faculty of agriculture in the department of agricultural chemistry from Menoufya University 1990. He holds BSc degree and Msc from the faculty of agriculture in the department of biochemistry at Cairo University during 1976 and 1985. He received research scholarship (1980-1984) and worked as a researcher assistant (1984-1985), researcher (1990-1995), associate research professor (1995-2003), professor researcher (2003), emeritus professor since 2013. (C) “Ethnobotany in the welfare of living beings” is one of the other major research aspects which deals with enumeration of locally growing wild plants used by tribal and rural people living in the vicinity of pilibhit tiger reseve. Compilation of details about plants and their parts being used in Contact/ Touch therapy by tribals and other forest dwellers is under the process.
Dr. Ir Tougan Polycarpe Ulbad is an associate professor of nutrition and food science at the university of parakou in Benin. He is currently the vice-coordinator of the program of food security and nutrition of the african and malagasy council for higher education (CAMES). He has completed his PhD in food standards, quality control and technology at the age of 27. He has been a postdoctoral researcher at gembloux agro bio tech/ university of liege, Belgium from 2014 to 2017 at the laboratory of agro-food products quality and security of gembloux agro bio tech/ university of liege, belgium. He is currently working as a senior lecturer-researcher at the department of nutrition and food science of the faculty of agronomy at the university of parakou. In this university, he is the head of open distance courses (bachelor and master degrees) in agricultural sciences. He has published 65 papers in reputed journals and 24 oral presentations in the field of nutrition, food security and quality. Furthermore, he is laureate of 3 Awards and prize winner of 8 research grants of ARES-CCD, HAAGRIM Project and TWAS-UNESCO.
Dr Mildred P Nawiri is a senior lecturer in the department of chemistry and the director of center for international programmes and collaborations at kenyatta university, Kenya. Dr Nawiri is an analytical chemist with research passion in food chemistry related to advocating for consumption of indigenous dark green leafy vegetables while monitoring their nutritional components at both pre and post harvest conditions with a focus to address malnutrition in developing countries. Mildred is an associate member of the Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC) and organizing secretary to the kenya chemical society. She has over 30 publications in scientific journals, participated in several local and international conferences and has received more than 10 research grants including that of RSC. She is a mentor to more than 40 post graduate students and participates in the promotion of stem for the african girl child through programmes under the kenya national commission for UNESCO.
Dr Elsayed Ahmed Elnashar is a full professor of textiles apparel in Kaferelsheikh University, Egypt. He was born on August 19,1965. He has completed PhD in the year 2000, Msc in the year1995, Bsc in the year1989 at Helwan University and diploma in the year 1985 from advanced industrial textiles institute. He holds several academic administrative positions: dean, vice dean, head of department, he has many textiles patents and member of international scientific committees. He worked for development of faculties of education and commissioned supreme council of egyptian universities. He has designed books and published in Germany and Ukraine. He has published over 190 scientific articles. He is also an editorial board member and reviewer for more than 105 journals, organizer for more than 85 conferences and workshops all over the world. He is the founder and editor for two scientific journals and smartex conference Egypt. He is the member of the editorial board of several international journals and conferences. He has made many scientific agreements with European and Africa universities.
