One can attend the conference by selecting the exact conference in our event listing and send your participation request to the conference secretariat of that particular event.
Every conference is updated with a conference brochure with complete information of that specific event. In order to download the conference brochure an individual should fill the details and proceed to download.

To be a speaker/poster presenter one must need to submit abstract through online or offline process.

Online: Click the abstract submission link of particular event fill all the details mentioned in the abstract submission form, upload your abstract and click on submit.

Offline: One can submit the abstract offline to respective conference through official email id mentioned in conference site or you can contact conference secretariat of that particular event for more assistance.

Every participant should register for the conference through online using PayPal by choosing the exact conference and amount of particular event. If you are unable to access PayPal in your country, kindly drop us an email so that we will let you know the alternative payment method. Registration prices depends on category. For more details on registration fee, kindly visit registration page of respective event.
Conference secretariat will contact you once your payment is successful within 24 to 48 hours to provide you an acknowledgement of payment.
The language of the conference is english and all presentations are requested to present in english.
Abstract submission specifications include title, abstract (400 words), biography (200 words), photograph of the participant and logo of the organization.

Participants travelling from overseas should apply for visa. Due to security reasons kindly make the payment towards registration. Then you could contact our conference secretariat to get the letter of invitation.

Note: A visa request may take several weeks registered participants are strongly encouraged to apply for visa 6-8 weeks before the conference.

As of now a tentative agenda is scheduled, details will be updated on our website as they are confirmed. A full conference schedule, including conference sessions, will be available on our website 60 days prior to the conference.
Any of the participants are not permitted to use any type of camera or recording device at any of the sessions unless written permission has been obtained from the relevant speaker. A professional photographer will be at the conference, if you have any issues with being photographed please notify the photographer or organizers of the event.
Yes you will receive a certificate of recognition.
Yes you can give your presentation in a power point and you can select the template as per your choice. But the font and content should be properly visible.

The paid registration fee does not include any kind of insurance. It is participants responsibility to take care of your own travel insurance. No responsibility is taken by the conference organizers for any person not holding insurance. We are not responsible for your personal belongings if you have lost during the event.
