1. Registrations & Payments

By purchasing a pass, register a ticket, or submit an abstract at any event coordinated by Nexus Conferences, you agree that:

• All participant and speaker registration profiles must provide true, current, and verified details.
• Registration ticket purchases are final. Name transfers or ticket cancellations must be requested in writing via email to our support desk.
• Sponsorship allocations and exhibition booths are allocated strictly on a paid-in-advance basis, subject to separate vendor agreements.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise marked, all scientific abstract indexes, graphic posters, web page designs, brand logo marks, custom databases, and media material produced by or hosted on the Nexus website are the sole property of Nexus Conferences.

Users are permitted to download event brochures, agenda cards, and scientific programs for personal, non-commercial coordination purposes. Any unauthorized scraping, mirroring, or commercial distribution of our abstract indexes is strictly prohibited.

3. Event Modifications & Force Majeure

Nexus Conferences acts as an event management and technical service provider. We reserve the direct right to adjust event timing, shift presentation schedules, or replace speakers, physical venues, or hybrid platforms due to unforeseen circumstances, safety mandates, or scheduling issues.

In the event that an physical gathering must be canceled or deferred due to force majeure (including national lockdowns, extreme weather, strikes, or travel bans), our team will coordinate with ticket holders to transfer passes to alternative hybrid platforms or future summit dates.

4. Limitation of Liability & Dispute Governance

Nexus Conferences is not liable for direct, incidental, or indirect losses (including travel re-booking costs or accommodation charges) resulting from event attendance, schedule delays, or cancellations.

Any disputes or legal inquiries arising from our website services, registration systems, or event operations shall be governed under the laws of Telangana, India, and subject exclusively to the courts of Hyderabad.
